What a New Location Means

7844 SR 66, Unit G (Apple Center), Newburgh, IN

When we began this journey as Redemption Community Church in December of 2018 we were blessed to find a ministry partner in Camp Brosend that would allow us to share their space to hold our services. Since that day we first held services, we knew that we desired a more permanent space. We prayed and God answered. A space of over 7,000 square feet became available in a very visible shopping center in Newburgh (our target geographic location) and we have begun renovating the space to fit our needs as a church.

This new space will have a spacious lobby, three large classrooms for our kids' ministry, a fellowship area, and a large sanctuary! We are excited, not just because the space is useful, but because it provides opportunity to grow as a congregation. A lobby and fellowship area to allow for members and guests to mingle and develop deeper relationship with one another. Classrooms that will allow us to share the message of God's love and Christ's forgiveness with our kids, and a sanctuary where we can proclaim the greatness of God's Gospel through worship and scripture!

We are already praying for God to reveal to us how these rooms can meet the needs of people in the Newburgh/Warrick County area. Beyond Sunday morning we desire to be a location that can make an impact in our community! We are thankful for each step God shows us along this journey, and we are anticipating Him to have even greater things in store for RCC in the months and years to come!

Proverbs 24:3-4 tells us:

"By wisdom a house is built,

and through understanding it is established;

through knowledge its rooms are filled

with rare and beautiful treasures."

Please join us in praying that RCC is built on the wisdom of God's word, and that its rooms will be filled with the treasure of God's people!

Thank you LORD for this new home!
